Why are the sessions only online?
The appointments are online so I can offer therapy and coaching to anyone anywhere in New Zealand and globally. There is no travel time and you can create a quiet time which suits you. I have been delivering online since before Covid-19 and the outcomes for clients and feedback has been extremely positive. I have also been a receiver of therapy online from an RTT therapist in the UK and the results were amazing.
How long are the sessions?
It depends on your needs and varies depending on whether it's a therapy or coaching session. Therapy sessions are anywhere between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, whereas a coaching session could be between 45 and 90 minutes. I recommend a three month commitment for you to do the work, however, you will gain great results choosing any option.
What are your hours and do you do early morning, evening or weekend sessions?
Because regular business hours aren’t always convenient, I offer early evenings and weekend mornings on request. Always contact me, so we can work out a time that suits both of our schedules.
WHAT IS THE WAITING TIME?
For a first call, this can be arranged within 24 hours. The hypnosis session is usually scheduled for the week later.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The first 30 minute consult is free.
Depending on your needs, there are a number of programmes to choose from. The selection of 1, 2, 3 and 4 month programmes is dependent on what you want to work on and how we structure the sessions within the programme.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Hypnosis is like a form of deep meditation. It isn't sleep, it's simply a relaxed brain wave state usually alpha or theta. You are conscious of your surroundings however your body is in deep relaxation. When you are in a state of deep relaxation your conscious mind is quietened and you can tap into your subconscious mind where all of your memories are stored. With the guidance of your therapist, you can explore where your limiting beliefs come from and gain a deep understanding as to why you view the world the way you do.
It’s completely safe and widely used. It’s used ethically and professionally for your benefit only.
WHAT is the process and AFTERCARE?
Because of the structure of the MTC approach, it’s never one appointment, then you are left on your own. The usual one monthly structure is this:
1. Initial inquiry from you
2. Either we have a conversation first and I send you a form and waiver to complete
3. Another telephone conversation is set up for me to clarify anything you’ve written in the form and ask you some basic family history. At the same time, we set an appointment for 2 - 2.5 hours within the following 10 days.
4. Straight after the hypnosis session, you will receive a personal recording which you listen to for a minimum of 21 days.
5. The day after that session you will receive a text message to see how you are doing, followed by other regular/weekly check ins. You can message at any time you feel you need to if anything comes up.
6. After a week, I check in and arrange a coaching session for the following week (to happen in week 2), this may include a healing hypnosis (20 minutes) and follow up on your progress, and make a plan for whatever you feel you want or need going forward.
7. We continue the text check ins each week and a further 30-40 minute coaching session is set up near the end of week 4 to follow up on your needs. I may share other strategies if needed, or you might set some other goals. This may also include further hypnosis or coaching sessions.
